Had a sip of wine . . .

. . .and it was damn good. Had the 2006 Rudolf Furst Silvaner "pur mineral" and it sure was a purty mineral wine. Crunchy, floral, alcohol in check, great concentration and serious length. One of the best Silvaners in Germany year in and year out. The fruit was lovely. Quite exotic with guava and kiwi and other shit like that. Really opened up in the fridge overnight. Silvaner from Franconia is the shiz-nit. And I'm out . . . .little by little I get my wine mojo back.
