Most of you have heard of Enderle & Moll. For most of you that means that you have bought Liason which is the only wine of theirs that I regularly sell to the entire list.  These wines are highly sought after both in Germany and in the States.
 - One restaurant has their top wines at $1,000 a bottle.
 - Another has them on a secret list only given to top customers.

These wines are that culty.  They are most famous for their reds but the whites are absolute magic.  The whites are even more underpriced than the reds because Sven and Florian don't believe in charging for scarcity and the whites are less expensive to make than the reds.  My guess is that in normal years, they could at least double their prices and sell out but they don't.

Sven and Florian are great guys and they are in tune with the work they do like nothing I've ever seen. The focus in his work and the resultant wines never ever ceases to astonish me. They are wonderful people and they pour themselves into these wines made as naturally as possible but not going off the ledge or even close. They have that perfect balance between being from Munchweir and also having the magical touch
of E&M. My direct model works wonders with this estate as the value is just beyond anything.

Up first I have, for me and many others, and some of your mileage may vary a little, the greatest rose in the world. The 2020 Enderle & Moll Spätburgunder Rose can be had for $23.99 a bottle on a 4-Pack and also for $21.99 on a 12 bottle case. I think this is the greatest rose in the world. I love Simone but this is Pinot. It's a whole different ballgame. It's basically like Liaison and it's a rose. That's the headline. But it's so much more than that. It's like Simone in that it's a darker rose. I've got a picture of the 2017 I had here recently the color is just bonkers.

Stunning sick nose of floral, citrus, bright berry, spices, mulled apple, aged fresh meadow, game, feral aromas, wild and just alive. After air it gets confectionary. White cherries. Gorgeous. Takes your breath away.

Palate has unreal energy and purity. One cannot believe how good this is. Lovely sweet fruit and savory flavors. Big rich cherry fruit that is ridiculously vivid. So juicy and so deep with beautiful clean acidity and engaging sweet fruit. Massive fruit in 2019. Incredible depth. So refined. Really like a diffused Liaison. Complex, super pure and elegant. Very long.

Stunningly sweet fruited finish with also a brilliant savory element. AAs usual this has the structure to age 5-8 years. The wine is crazy. It is on my list of Top 10 Roses In the World According to Me, and is just so distinctive and does not seem of this world. It's so unique. Nothing else to compare it to. Faberge Egg Of wine. It retains a serious vinous quality almost like it's a red/rose cross. At times it comes across as red at other times rose. It's remarkable.

I'm going to include a few random quotes from happy customers who are reading this now from Delectable. Sometimes others do my job better than me.

"WOTN every time and tonight was the total crowd favorite. If I had $1 for each time someone said they'd never seen red wine from Germany and that this tastes otherworldly, I could be buying this stuff by the palate and be a very happy man." - Happy Client #1

"A stand out for a rose there is nothing like it out there. I have no idea how Sven and Florian do this - the most complex rose ever. I should have bought cases." - Happy Client #2

Up next I have just a beautiful white that has quickly become one of my favorites. Today I am thrilled to offer the 2020 Enderle and Moll Muller Thurgau "Muller" for as little as $19.99 a bottle on a 4-pack and the insane price of $17.99 a bottle on a case. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE PRICE. This is epic ethereal otherworldly wine. This is Muller-Thurgau from Baden it has a fascinating and distinctive almost Moselian slate vibe that is irresistible. I wish all Muller Thurgau that we all like to make fun of as being innocuous and vapid could transform into the  brilliance that is this wine. This is a genius bottle of wine. Forget the price, as at this winery, at every level the wines are brilliant. Just because it's an inexpensive wine does not mean that Sven and Florian don't put just as much blood, sweat and tears into it as the single vineyard Pinot cuvees. This is not a wine of meditation this is a wine of knocking back with some nice gastronomic treats by the wayside. It has those insane E&M aromas. Green apple, tons of minerals, some other fruits I can't pinpoint and the aromas keep getting more vivid, clear and defined as the wine aerates.

The palate is bracing yet has body and almost an ethereal elegance about it. And it is juicy and so refined. E&M's continuing evolution as winemakers brings the refinement and it is usual and so so juicy. What does juicy really mean? It means you have perfectly ripe fruit and the acidity to balance it out so that it becomes an explosion of, not to be tautological, but juiciness. I think this is one of the least expensive wines I sell here at Fass Selections, but please, it is so worth it. You won't believe how much wine this is for $17.99. Below is a quote from another happy client. It's the same as one of the ones from the rose. I'll let you figure out if it's one or two.

"If you can get a case of this wine, get it. Unbelievably delicious. If I would be in the restaurant business I would buy it all. Wow. This wine truly rocks."  - Happy Client #3

He also gave it a 9.7 which is a big deal on Delectable and he's kind of a stingy scorer. So it means a lot. Again. This wine is $17.99 on a case. No better white wine value in the world.
