Did the tasting menu at Anthos last night and had the 2004 Roulot Meursault "Les Tessons" and this wine was drop dead stunning. Amazing integration of oak on the nose with great salinity, minerality, green apple fruit, iodine and hazelnuts. Kept opening and opening. Palate at first was fat on the attack and acidic and angular on the finish. Soon though it started to form into a seamless white burg though with lots of energy and precision. Every sip and smell of this wine was a showstopper. I cannot remember the last white burg I had that was this good. Restores my faith.
