. . .are 2 games ahead of their pace from last season. How are they doing it? No Pedro, Delgado slumping, Wright slumping, no Valentin? It's truly amazing what the 'amazin's are doing here and they are only poised to get better. We don't have to beat the Braves....the rest of the National League is doing it for us. The Mets have a sick swagger this year and there are just so many positives. Billy Wagner has 30 consecutive saves and is just short of being untouchable this year. Oh yeah...Oliver Perez the ace of the staff?? Are you kidding me? It's happy days in Queens again. What makes is better is how much the Yankees SUCK this year too.
