Your comments about German wines are compelling. I am ignorant about them but figure you may be able to answer a question.The CSW website identifies 'natural' wines--but nary a German wine carries that moniker. Does that mean they are manipulated to one extent or another?
Yes! Not the typical fluff when it comes to a typical Economist wine article but enough there to please the fluffernutters.
